DOMI POLLARD | Studio 227

I am an artist painter inspired by mid-century design, plants and flowers.  I work in: oils, acrylic and mixed-media. After studying Fine Art at UWE, Bristol, specialising in sculpture, I moved into animation and illustration for a few years.  I then devised creative projects promoting sustainability in London Borough Richmond which lead me to teaching. I have taught art for many years and work as an Artist Educator in: school, galleries, museums, historic buildings, day centres and prisons; it is a good counter-point to my studio practice.  I have just joined Wimbledon Art Studios and am excited about being part of this iconic artist community and taking part in the upcoming art fair.
