  • Securing a space at Wimbledon Art Studios is a very straightforward procedure. Please visit our Studio Procedure page for all the information.

  • Send us an enquiry here to find out about available spaces and to book a viewing. Viewings are carried out Monday to Friday, 9am - 4pm.

  • If an art studio for your budget isn’t available at the time you contact us, you can join our Waiting List for a one-time fee of £50. This fee is deducted from the studio deposit upon securing a space.

    By joining the Waiting List, you’ll be directly contacted by our team when a space that meets your needs becomes available.

  • With over 300 art studio available on monthly-rolling licences, we only require artists to provide their notice one month before vacating the studio. As a result, there is usually something new coming up at Wimbledon Art Studios.

  • Our licences operate on a monthly-rolling basis, requiring a minimum notice of one month before vaating the studio.

  • Yes, at our twice-yearly Wimbledon Art Fair held in May and November.

    With 10,000 visitors coming in annually, our free-entry art show is a unique opportunity to showcase your work to art collectors, enthusiasts and galleries, and to sell directly to your visitors from the comfort of your own studio.

  • Generally, we have a Low Noise Policy, restricting loud activities. Exceptions may exist for specific spaces, subject to our availability.

    Artists working with loud machines may face limitations. Loud activities between 7PM and 10AM are allowed with discretion.

    Radios and music are permitted, emphasising consideration for studio neighbours and the community.

  • Our art studios are accessible 24/7, 365 days a year, allowing you to do work at any time on any day.

  • Yes, you can either share your studio space with other artists you know, or you can join one of our already available shared spaces.

  • Yes, you’re welcome to host public classes or workshops in your studio.

  • While our studios do not feature individual sinks, we provide multiple communal washout sinks conveniently suited on each floor of our buildings.

  • Yes, absolutely! Pets are welcome in our art studios.

  • Yes, parking on-site and Wi-Fi is included when you rent a space at Wimbledon Art Studios.

  • At Wimbledon Art Studios, Purple Thursdays are a regular highlight - an informal gathering held every last Thursday of the month.

    There will also be group workshops, social events such as the annual Summer Picnic and Christmas Party, our twice-yearly Wimbledon Art Fair and communal areas for you to meet your studio neighbours.
