Lorraine is a Surrey based abstract artist called lorribethdesigns (or LB for short) who uses acrylic, mixed media and macro photography to create vibrant, textured pieces inspired by flowers, called ‘Journeys’
Passionate about the psychology of colour, human behaviour, relationships and emotions, her paintings evoke feelings of calm with a hint of curiosity.
LB studied Art & design, Graphic design and photography many moons ago in Kingston when universities were polytechnics :) She also spent 12 years in the Middle East, where her love for interior design and abstract macro photography was rekindled. Bahrain also was the place where LB became a Life and relationship coach, helping young students and families through their issues. For the past 10 years here in the UK, Lorraine as been an EFT practitioner and relationship coach, but felt her own void inside…and thanks to Covid, was able to rent a studio at Wimbledon Art Studios and has finally returned to her first love…
