Patrick studied Ceramics at Epsom School of Art and Design in the 1970s. Since then he has potted in different locations and studios and also worked as a technician in a College ceramics department.
He has gained experiences in many aspects of pottery making ranging from Kiln and equipment building and makes his work by the many methods used to make a pottery.
His work is decorative and functional and uses many resources as influence for his work, not wishing to limit himself to one strict approach.
